Michelle Yeoh is a Malaysian actress, producer, and martial artist who was born on August 6, 1962, in Ipoh, Malaysia and is one of the most recognizable Asian actresses in the world and has starred in a number of highly acclaimed films and television shows.

Yeoh first gained international recognition for her role in the 1992 Hong Kong action film “Police Story 3: Super Cop.” She later starred in the James Bond film “Tomorrow Never Dies” and the critically acclaimed martial arts film “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon,” for which she was nominated for a BAFTA Award. Yeoh has also appeared in a number of other films, including “Memoirs of a Geisha,” “The Lady,” and “Crazy Rich Asians.”

In addition to her work in film, Yeoh has also had a successful television career. She starred in the Netflix series “Marco Polo,” and has appeared in several other shows, including “Star Trek: Discovery” and “The Mandalorian.”.
