You should receive your order within 1-5 working days from your order is dispatched. Depending on the delivery service selected, we offer the following courier services:
Standard Shipping (3-5 Working Days) – £2.99. Your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day we dispatch your order.
Express Shipping (2-4 Working Days – £5.99. Your order should be delivered within 2-4 working days from the day we dispatch your order.
Expedited (1-2 Working Days) – £7.99. This is a 1-2 Working Day Delivery Service Monday-Friday. We must receive your order before 12pm. We use DPD, DHL and Royal Mail for this service, you will be told once we receive your order of what courier will be used and tracking number supplied once dispatched. If your order is placed on a Friday before 12pm, this will be delivered on the following Monday.
Free Shipping. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK Mainland orders over £50, this will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Shipping which will take 3-5 working days or you can upgrade the delivery at checkout.
Lead Times: Funk Pop! figures have a lead time of 1-3 working days. Cardboard cutouts have a lead time of 1-2 working days. All other products have a lead time of 1-3 working days unless stated otherwise.
Note: Any orders that contain a Pre-Order item as well as an In Stock item will be held until all items can be shipped together.
All Pre-Order dates are subject to change without notice, if you purchase a Pre-Order product, you will be kept up to date on any date changes that may occur.
Funko POP! products are ordered in from Funko once we receive your order. Delivery can take 1-5 working days depending on the time of year, items ordered and popularity of certain figures. You will be kept up to date of your order staus and will receive a dispatch email once your Funko figure has been dispatched.
