You should receive your order within 1-5 working days from the day your order is dispatched (for in stock products only). Depending on the delivery service selected, we offer the following courier services:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 Working Days) – £4.00. Your order should be delivered within 2-3 working days from the day we dispatch your order.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 Working Days) – £7.00. Your order should be delivered within 1-2 working days from the day we dispatch your order.
Next Day – DHL / Royal Mail (Next Working Day) – £9.00. This is a next working day service Monday-Friday. We use DHL and Royal Mail for this service, you will be told once we receive your order of what courier will be used and tracking number supplied once dispatched. If your order is placed on a Friday before 12pm, this will be delivered on the following Monday. For Next Day DHL, your order must be received by 12pm Monday-Friday, For Royal Mail Next Day, your order must be received by 1pm Monday-Friday.

Free Shipping. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK Mainland orders over £40, this will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Shipping which will take 3-5 working days or you can upgrade the delivery at checkout.

Pre-Order Products: Payment is taken at the time of your order, the item will be reserved and ordered with our supplier. We cannot guarantee you will receive your item due to demand and other factors. The Pre-Order dates shown on each product is only an estimate and can change at any time with out notice. You will be kept up to date on any date changes that may occur.

NOTE: To keep our costs low, a majority of our products other than cardboard cutouts are ordered from our suppliers once we receive an order, there is a lead time of around 5-10 working days until your order is dispatched. If you order more than one product and they have different lead times, your order will be dispatched at the later date. Some items are in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours, check the stock status on each product to see the lead times for that item.
