DELIVERY
1.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of the Goods shall take place at the address specified by the Buyer by the date specified by the Seller. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
1.2. The date of delivery specified by the Seller is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract.
1.3. If the Seller is unable to deliver the Goods for reasons beyond its control, then the Seller shall be entitled to place the Goods in storage until such times as delivery may be effected and the Buyer shall be liable for any expense associated with such storage.
1.4. The Buyer shall be entitled to replacement Goods where the Goods have been damaged during transportation. The Buyer must notify the Seller of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
1.5. You should receive your order within 1-5 working days from the date your order has been dispatched. Depending on the delivery service selected as shown below
1.6. There will be reasons beyond our control where the above delivery estimates are not met. Due to public holidays and busy times, the above times scales can differ but we will do everything we can to ensure your order is not delayed.
1.7. Pre-Order Products: Payment is taken at the time of your order, the item will be reserved and ordered with our supplier. We cannot guarantee you will receive your item due to demand and other factors. The Pre-Order dates shown on each product is only an estimate and can change at any time with out notice. You will be kept up to date on any date changes that may occur.
DELIVERY RATES & TIMES
Orders for Cardboard Cutouts and Official Merchandise that are placed before 12pm Monday-Friday are usually dispacthed the same day, orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day Monday-Friday.
You should receive your order within 1-5 working days from the day your order is dispatched. Depending on the delivery service selected, we offer the following services:
Standard Shipping (3-5 Working Days) – £3.49. Your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day we dispatch your order.
Express Shipping (2-3 Working Days – £5.99. Your order should be delivered within 2-3 working days from the day we dispatch your order.
Expedited (1-2 Working Dyas) – £7.99. This is a 1-2 working day service Monday-Friday. We use DPD, DHL and Royal Mail for this service, you will be told once we receive your order of what courier will be used and tracking number supplied once dispatched. If your order is placed on a Friday before 12pm, this will be delivered on the following Monday.
Free Standard Shipping Over £35: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK Mainland orders over £35, this will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Shipping which will take 3-5 working days or you can upgrade the delivery at checkout.
