When will my order ship?
All orders are dispatched the same day (Excluding Funko Pop! Figures) if ordered before 12pm or the next working day if we receive your after 12pm Monday-Friday. We offer a range of delivery options as highlighted below. Expedited (1-2 Working Days) Delivery is available on all products for £7.99.
What shipping methods are used?
This depends on the items ordered, all cutouts are sent via DHL and will be delivered within 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch, this is only valid Monday-Friday. All other items are sent via Royal Mail and the choice of delivery speed can be chosen when you checkout.

Delivery time
Your order will take around 1-5 working days depending on the service chosen above when you checkout. 95% of orders are delivered within 1-3 working days Monday-Saturday unless Next Day Delivery is chosen.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email which will contain tracking details. There will be a tracking number and which service has been used along with a tracking link. You can also track your order by going to your order history on your My Account page.
