Alesha Dixon is a British singer, dancer, songwriter, television personality, and talent show judge who first gained fame as a member of the R&B girl group Mis-Teeq and later achieved success as a solo artist.

Born on October 7, 1978, in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, England, Alesha Anjanette Dixon has become a prominent figure in the entertainment industry.

Alesha Dixon’s journey to fame began when she formed the group Mis-Teeq in 1999, along with Sabrina Washington and Su-Elise Nash who found success with their distinctive blend of R&B, garage, and hip-hop music.

Some of their popular songs include “All I Want,” “One Night Stand,” and “Scandalous.” Mis-Teeq enjoyed several chart hits and won awards for their music, making them a well-known name in the early 2000s.

After the group disbanded in 2005, Alesha Dixon pursued a solo career and released her debut album, “Fired Up,” in 2006. Her solo single “The Boy Does Nothing” became a commercial success and further solidified her position as a solo artist.
